Terms of Service
(Last updated 25.09.2025)As mentioned in my carrd, I have a very busy personal life which means I will only be able to take on around three commissions at a time during a space of 1-2 months.By applying for a commission the client recognises that:I apologise in advance for anyone who needs a commission done within a certain time frame since I can never guarantee how long a commission will take me. I try to finish commissions as soon as possible while still keeping my standards high, but I cannot predict any personal things that might suddenly come up, causing me to pause work on a commission for a period of time. But I can guarantee that I will be in constant contact with all of my clients and will provide frequent updates on how a commission is progressing.By agreeing to the terms of service, the client agrees to the following:- I have the right to refuse a commission.
- A commission will only be recognised as started once a payment is made.
- The client is responsible for providing any reference sheets, pose references, base templates, etc. that that wish for me to use.
- They will credit me (Rii-Rii) for the work and will not repost or replicate the artwork without crediting the artist.
- The artwork will not be used for AI or be minted.
- The artwork can be printed and physically replicated as long as it is not used commercially.
- I hold copyright claims over the artwork and I am allowed to replicate for promotional use, use as sales samples, reproduce and redistribute on other sites. I will credit any design to the client.
- The client may edit the artwork such as cropping to use as banners and profile pictures on social media.
- The client will provide me with their email linked to PayPal and social media handles. This information will be kept private and is only for my own completion of the commission.Payment- I will only accept pound sterling (£), Robux OR Creatures of Sonaria currency as a currency and I am not responsible for conversion, that will be the client’s responsibility.If paid in pound sterling:
- A deposit can be made upfront before the commission is started. Only then will I begin working on the piece.
- Once I have finished the commission, the remainder of the payment will then need to be paid before I send you the artwork. Payment must be made within 5 working days of project completion or the client will not receive the artwork.
- If the client fails to pay, they will not receive the artwork and I will keep the deposit paid as compensation for time spent on the piece.
- I will initiate the transaction so that no accidental transactions are made. Please do not send any payment until I have accepted your commission and reached out for payment.
- Payments via Paypal are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated. What you see on the invoice is the amount to be paid.
- Deposits are non-refundable and artwork can not be sent back or refunded either, since the client will have paid the remainder after the commission was completed and agreed that they were satisfied with the result.If paid in Robux:
-I will accept payment only via gift card. Digital or an image of a physical one will suffice.
- Once I have finished the commission, the payment will need to be paid before I send you the artwork. Payment must be made within 5 working days of project completion or the client will not receive the artwork.
- If the client fails to pay, they will not receive the artwork.
- Art is non-refundable and artwork can not be sent back either, since the client will have paid after the commission was completed and agreed that they were satisfied with the result.If paid in Creatures of Sonaria currency:
- The price will be decided depending on size and complexity of the commission at the time of commission details being given. The amount will be similar to what the price of shooms in pound sterling would be.
- Once I have finished the commission, the payment will then need to be paid before I send you the artwork. Payment must be made within 5 working days of project completion or the client will not receive the artwork.
- If the client fails to pay, they will not receive the artwork.
- I will initiate the trade so that no accidental trades are made.
- Art is non-refundable and artwork can not be sent back either, since the client will have paid after the commission was completed and agreed that they were satisfied with the result.NDASince I post my art in progress on my social media, if the client wishes for a commission to be private, it must be discussed before the commission is started.By agreeing to this, the client agrees that:- I will not post any WIPs on my social media and will only post the final piece once the final payment is made.
- If the commission is cancelled, I will not post any of it online.
- If a commission is private, the client also may not post any updates I give them on any of their social media. If it is found that a private project has been shared by the client on social media, I have the right to cancel the commission.FAQBelow is a basic list of things I won’t draw:- Heavy amounts of metal (armour, Mecha)
- Uncensored gore/blood
- Sensitive/offensive content
- Lolisho presenting characters
- Overly realistic characters
